All DH members acknowledge to have read the present terms & conditions and undertake to respect them.

1. General Sales Terms

  1. All purchases are final. DH does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, or for any other reason unless unexpectedly leaving Belgium*. This includes personal training and group classes. In the case of early termination of personal training packages, the full remaining balance for the 3 or 6 month package must be paid.
    *If you have plans to leave Belgium within a 12 month period please do not sign up for a 12 month package as this cannot be refunded.
  2. Fees may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs and benefits. Increase in fees applies to new contracts and passes only.
  3. If purchasing packages requires payments to be made in instalments, the applicant agrees to approve such instalments being made on the dates as predetermined.
  4. All memberships (unlimited passes, class passes and PT contracts) are nominative and non-transferrable.
  5. Memberships (unlimited passes and PT contracts) may not be shared unless it is agreed that the clients are taking a Couple training.
  6. 10 session cards for bootcamp/Strongman may be shared with family members living at the same address.
  7. It is the responsibility of the member to settle any unpaid participation to a class, workshop or other event at DH. DH reserves the right to suspend the member’s membership until the unpaid participations are settled.
  8. It is the responsibility of the member to settle any negative balance on their DH account. DH reserves the right to suspend the member’s membership until the negative balance on the member’s DH account is settled. Any missed payments or late payments will incur an administration charge.
  9. Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships or products. They are not redeemable for cash and they must be redeemed within the period of validity.
  10. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
  11. You must ensure to update your payment details when your credit card expires.

1.1. Class Passes

  1. “Class Passes” consist of 10 session class passes and Drop-in passes.
  2. Any unlimited pass gives you access to unlimited bootcamp classes, but excludes workshops or other special events.
  3. The 10-Session Bootcamp Card and Drop-in Passes give access to outdoor bootcamp classes, and excludes workshops or other special events
  4. The activation date of your pass is the date of purchase.
  5. The Discovery Pass is an introductory offer for new members only. It is available only once per member. This pass gives access to unlimited bootcamp classes during a 30 day period, but excludes workshops or other special events. The pass is valid from date of purchase. Anyone caught buying a Discovery Pass under two different accounts will be denied all future entry and the second Discovery Pass will be suspended immediately with no refund.
  6. The 10-Session SGT Card and Drop-in Passes give access to SGT classes, and excludes workshops or other special events
  7. The activation of your SGT card is the date of purchase.
  8. All 10 session cards expire within 6 months of the activation of the pass. No refunds are offered due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason. Extensions to the card can be considered upon presentation of medical notes. Transfer of remaining entrances from an expired card to a newly purchased card is allowed only once per member.

1.2. Contracts / Monthly Payments

  1. Contracts consist of unlimited memberships which are paid in monthly instalments with a commitment of 3 months.
  2. The activation date of your contract is the purchase date (unless you specifically request another date before the purchase has been processed).
  3. Any contract gives you access to unlimited bootcamps but excludes workshops or other special events.
  4. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the payment. If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail. Please ensure you update your card details when a card expires to ensure an uninterrupted service.
  5. In case of early termination of a contract, the member must inform DH in writing before the contract renews. Please note that all contracts are offered with a 3 month commitment.

1.3. Personal Training Contracts

  1. The client is aware that the personal training contract is for a limited period of either 3 or 6 months. Longer commitment can be discussed and approved accordingly.
  2. The member agrees to commit to attending 2 or 3 sessions per week as agreed
  3. The Member understands that part of the personal training programme includes nutritional guidance and measurements. This will take place as and when the coach deems necessary during or in place of a training.
  4. The Member must let the coach know as soon as possible if there are any scheduled sessions they are unable to attend. Rescheduling of a session is possible but not guaranteed. If a suitable time cannot be found the session will be added to the end of the block.
  5. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event of sickness, a Doctor’s note is required in cases where cancellation is less than 24 hours. If the Member fails to attend the scheduled session without notice, the session will be charged.
  6. We reserve the right to release a client’s scheduled training times in the event of repeated cancellations and/or reschedules.
  7. If a coach is absent for any reason, DH will find a replacement coach to take the session. If there is no replacement we will reschedule the session at a time convenient to the Member.
  8. Please inform us of your intention to renew your personal training package. We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice in order to guarantee your existing training times.
  9. Unless previously agreed, pauses or terminations part way through the agreed term of the contract will not be accepted.
  10. We reserve the right to use Transformation photographs/videos in our social media postings. If you prefer not to be featured please advise us accordingly.
  11. All personal training will be conducted at the DH Transformation Centre, Brusselsesteenweg 15b, 3080 Tervuren or our Corporate location W16 – Boulevard de Waterloo 16, 1000 Brussels.
  12. The Member must bring a clean pair of indoor training shoes for use at the gym.

2. Booking Policy

  1. A membership for any package must be valid before any class booking can be made.
  2. Classes held at the DH Transformation Centre are limited to maximum number of participants and must be booked in advance. Classes are available for online booking. If the class is full you will be added to the waiting list.

3. Cancellation Policy

  1. If you can’t make it to your scheduled class, please cancel your spot to make your place available to others.
  2. Cancellations must be made via the online booking system minimum 2 hours before a class starts.
  3. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email.
  4. Your DH Transformation Centre account status will show a Late Cancel if you do not show up or cancel too late. A late cancel means you have been charged for the session.
  5. Being on a waiting list for a class is like a commitment to joining that class. If you were waiting for a spot but have changed your plans in the meantime or can’t make it to class even with a late notification, please remove yourself from the waiting list.

4. DH Transformation Centre Rules

  1. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  2. Please do not be late for a class. Ideally you should arrive 15 minutes early to warm up and ensure that the class can start promptly.
  3. No late entry is permitted and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
  4. DH Transformation Centre is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal property.
  5. DH Transformation Centre reserves the right to refuse entry.
  6. All members release DH Transformation Centre, its owners, directors, managers, teachers and all employees of all liability regarding any injury that may have occurred during a class.

5. Information, Privacy & Security Policy

  1. Information published on the website is provided for the use of its visitors and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur. No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages.
  2. Please be aware that DH may alter the information on its website from time to time.
  3. DH shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on the website.
  4. DH does not guarantee that the website, its contents or hypertext links are virus free or uncontaminated. It is recommended to make your own virus checks and to implement your own precautions in this regard. DH excludes all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.
  5. DH is committed to data security. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure.
  6. Only authorized employees have access to this information.
  7. All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.
  8. DH will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization
