    1. Where is the meeting point ?

You can park for free on Paleizenlaan leading from the jazz orchestra fountain to the Colonial Palace in Tervuren. From the parking, head up the steps to the Palace, turn right and you will see a statue with the lake in the background. This is the meeting point.

    1. What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a mat and a set of adjustable hand weights. You will also need some water. Remember to layer up in the cooler months.

    1. Can I try a class for free?

We do not offer free trial classes but as a new member, you can get unlimited access to our bootcamps and group classes during a 30 day period by purchasing our Discovery Pass for €50.

  1. Do I have to register in advance?
    Yes we do require you to sign up in advance so the coach knows how many people to expect at the class. You can sign up via your client profile and selecting the Sign Up button
  1. What language is the class held in?
    The classes will be given in English but our coaches are all multi-lingual.
  1. I have an injury / I am pregnant, can I still train?
    Yes but please make sure you mention the injury / that you are pregnant to the coach before the class starts. All exercises can be adapted and alternatives found.

Group Classes

    1. Where are the classes held?
All group classes (with the exception of bootcamp) are held at the DH Transformation Centre, Brusselsesteenweg 15B (behind IFAC offices), Tervuren.
    1. Do I need to register in advance?
Yes. All the group classes held at our centre are limited to a max number of participants therefore please register via your client profile.
  1. What happens if the class is full?
  2. You will be added to a waiting list. Please remember to remove yourself from the class sign up list or waiting list if your plans change and you can no longer attend.
  1. What do I need to bring?
  2. A clean pair of indoor training shoes and a water bottle. We provide the rest.


  1. How do I buy my membership ?

      • Create a client profile by selecting Your Account
      • Ensure you complete all the relevant boxes including telephone number and payment details
      • Decide on your package and select Contracts for Unlimited packages and Bootcamp & Group Classes for Single Payment options

  1. When does my membership start ?
  2. Memberships activate on the date of purchase and renew automatically unless you email to request it to stop.

  1. Is my payment data secured ?
  2. Yes. at DH Transformation Centre, we use the MindBody software to process our payments and Mindbody is a PCI Compliant Level 1 Service Provider. MindBody is known to be the largest provider of business management software for the wellness services industry. Level I Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance means that Mindbody meets the credit card industry’s highest security standard, so you can rest assured that your data is safe. Part of being compliant includes encrypting your credit card numbers and showing only partial credit card information in our software software. Mindbody also encrypts your billing information, backs it up daily, and securely stores it offsite. Each year, MindBody must go through a rigorous audit to ensure that they maintain those high standards.

  2. Check that your payment method is accepted (see under “Which payment methods do you accept?”) If you try to pay with a credit card or SEPA, make sure to have sufficient funds on your account Check that you entered the card number and your name & address correctly
  1. Can I get a gift card?
  2. Yes we offer gift cards for classes, measurements, nutritional consultations and for a 3 or 6 month package of personal training. Payment must be made in advance. Please email your request to

Personal Training

  1. I’m interested in personal traning. What is included ?
  2. Our personal training packages offer a full holistic service tailored to realising your goals and objectives. 1 :1 coaching plus nutritional advice and guidance along with regular measurements to monitor progress.
  1. How often do I need to train ?
  2. Our packages offer training 2 or 3 times per week. The more regularly you train, the faster you will notice results.
  1. I work long hours and travel frequently, can I still start a personal training programme ?
  2. Our gym is open from 6am until 8pm every day of the week so you can always train before or after work and at weekends. If we have sufficient notice we can accommodate your travel requirements.
  1. I can’t make the training, will I be charged for the session ?
  2. We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If we have sufficient notice we can look to reschedule your training to another time. In the event of sickness, a Doctor’s note is required in cases where cancellation is less than 24 hours. If the Member fails to attend the scheduled session without notice, the session will be charged.
